THE PROBLEM // Assault weapons were designed for military use - their advanced power, speed, and technology have been optimized for mass casualties. That’s what makes them weapons of war but they are currently in the hands of everyday, untrained citizens. 

THE SOLUTION // Position assault weapons as military-use firearms that turn everyday citizens into Veterans of war to inspire people to use their votes and voices to support the reinstatement of the Assault Weapon Ban.

Through a powerful film featured online, an OOH/Print campaign that ran in Times Square, and amplification on social media, we were able to get people talking about how assault weapons belong in war, not our communities.
